Sandra Appiah Babu-Boateng is the Co-founder and President of PanaGenius Inc., a U.S. based pan-African tech company building and operating the most impactful, admired, and authoritative digital media brands for global blacks. The company is home to brands like Face2face Africa, one of the largest and fastest growing black-owned media platforms and an international reference for pan-African news, culture, history, and innovation, currently reaching over 5 million monthly readers across the world. The 30-year-old is passionate about using media and technology to connect black communities and speak authentically to the stories that shape and define their experiences as global black citizens. Sandra was born in Ghana and grew up in the United States. In 2013, she was featured in Forbes’ inaugural ’30 Under 30’ list.
Chinwe Esimai

Chinwe Esimai is an award-winning lawyer, trailblazing corporate executive, writer, and speaker who helps women leaders discover and embrace their genius and live lives of impact and fulfillment. She is author of the upcoming book, Brilliance Beyond Borders: Five Traits of Remarkable Immigrant Women Leaders. She is Managing Director and Chief Anti-Bribery Officer at Citigroup, Inc. She is the first person to hold this title in the bank’s history. She spent a combined five years at Goldman Sachs in various regulatory risk management roles. She served as a law professor at the University of St. Thomas School of Law. She began her career as a corporate associate at LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, LLP. She has received numerous awards: Leading Ladies Africa’s 100 Most Inspiring Women; Tropics Magazine’s Most Powerful Africans Shaping the Future of Africa; Nigerian Lawyers Association Trailblazer of the Year; Face-to-Face Africa Corporate Leadership Award.
Alice Agyebang-Badu

Alice Agyemang-Badu is a Senior Partner for New York Life Insurance Company's ManhaBan General Office in New York City. She holds the disGncGon as being one of the first females to hold this execuGve posiGon within the ManhaBan General Office. With more than ten years of experience in the insurance and financial service industry, she began her career with New York Life in 2010 as an Agent. Her ascension into management began in 2015 as a Development Manager and subsequently transiGoning to becoming a Partner in 2017. "Moving into management has allowed me the ability to lead others into a successful career for themselves and family," said Agyemang-Badu. "It's also posiGoned me to increase the number of financial professionals serving in our community that allow us to affect posiGve change to mulGple lives at a Gme," she adds. Agyemang-Badu was promoted to Senior Partner in 2019 and has garnered a bevy of awards and recogniGons that include the Val Ivanov Award for her management.
