This session will teach learners about a novel approach to providing critical assessments and care for neonates after difficult deliveries using telemedicine.

Learning Objectives: Identify barriers to optimal care for neonatal encephalopathy in rural areas, Learn about strategies being implemented such as telemedicine to evaluate neonatal encephalopathy and improve the parent experience, Learn about ways in which we are expanding telemedicine application to other types of care in newborns and in children.
