Violence against women in its many forms is a global silent pandemic, growing at an alarming rate and knows no boundaries of age, location, literacy or socio-economic background.
While strategies for prevention will take a long time for stopping such violence all together, we need to use our collective support towards survivors of such trauma who suffer alone with no recourse. There’s no better time than now to spread awareness about this pervasive violence against women as our thoughts go out to the millions who are trapped at home with their abusers, during these tough times.
Join us for a stirring and gripping webinar with the dynamic women of Bembala Foundation, an NGO working with women and children who have faced abuse of any form. This session will centre around the violence that women endure and the support systems they can access for help and how they can empower themselves to fight and transform their lives by reaching out.
