15_WEBINAR_ Covid-19 vaccination rollout: where is the vaccine, where is the patient, and who needs to know?
Following the rapid development of effective COVID-19 vaccines, countries are now facing the challenge of rapidly rolling out vaccination programmes to immunize the population and restore as much of normal life as quickly as possible. One of the biggest challenges has been building robust data systems to identify who is eligible for vaccination, to record who has been vaccinated (when, which dose, and with which vaccine), and to monitor any adverse events for ensuring vaccine safety. However, how can countries overcome fragmentation in existing data systems? What can we learn from decentralized countries like Belgium? Are the barriers to data sharing logistical or legal? Join us in this webinar to find out more about data collection and data sharing for implementing the COVID-19 vaccination rollout.
