Speakers

Elissa Goldstein
Elissa is a Digital Producer for the ABC in Melbourne. Previously she worked at Broadsheet and at Tablet in New York, where she co-produced the podcast Unorthodox. She has a BA in media and communications from Melbourne University and an MFA in creative writing from Brooklyn College.
Bram Presser
Bram is a multiple award-winning writer. His debut novel, The Book of Dirt, won the 2018 Goldberg Prize for Debut Fiction in the US National Jewish Book Awards, and in Australia the same year, the Voss Literary prize and three awards in the 2018 NSW Premier’s Literary Awards: the Christina Stead Prize for Fiction, the UTS Glenda Adams Award for New Writing and The People’s Choice Award.
Tali Lavi
Tali is a writer and critic (Australian Book Review and Sydney Review of Books). She has interviewed writers for Melbourne Jewish Book Week, Melbourne Writers Festival, Adelaide Writers’ Week and Sydney Jewish Writers Festival. Tali has an MA in Creative Writing (RMIT University) and is a member of the Programming team for Melbourne Jewish Book Week.
