A recent review of grape quality assessment standards has been undertaken, in consultation with industry stakeholders, to ensure uniform national standards for testing and measuring sugar and colour. This webinar will discus the industry-endorsed best practice standards for grape sugar and colour measurement, focusing on their adaptability to all Australian grapegrowers and winemakers. The importance of sampling in the vineyard and at the weighbridge to support the quality assessment standards will also be covered, to provide a practical guide for implementation of the standards.
