In an increasingly complicated and virtual work environment, we need to ensure we are solving problems with our users, not for them. Design Thinking can help us get there. This approach uses a user centered lens while still incorporating the more traditional, structured problem solving methodology of Lean Six Sigma. Design Thinking guides us to fall in love with the problem, not the solution and to challenge our assumptions. Design Thinking also supports equity, diversity, accessibility, and inclusion throughout the process. In this session the presenters will be providing some overall concepts along with best practices that you will be able to implement immediately in your improvement projects.
