Looking after employees’ mental health is the right thing to do, and it’s good for business
Of course none of us need any other motivation to do the right thing other than exactly that: its the right thing to do. Looking after employees; mental wellness is the right thing to do and the awareness around the need to do this is thankfully increasing.

Join us for the 4th in our series of free webinars discussing mental wellness at the workplace which will focus on how doing the right thing is also helpful for a business' bottom line. Looking after a businesses profitability is also the right thing to do, it keeps a business sustainable and keeps employees employed. But it is these employees who make a business work, and if they are not looked after then the business is not looked after either.

Presentations will be delivered by Dragan Donkov from the Richmond Foundation and by Dr Wendy Molefi, the mindful GP.

Joseph Farrugia, Director General of the Malta Employers’ Association, will also intervene followed by a panel discussion on the synergies between mental wellness and business wellness. The panel will include Dr Matthew Brincat, Mikela Fenech Pace, Viviana Premazzi, Dolores Sammut Bonnici and David Spiteri Gingell.
