Conscious Resting Meditation 1.30 - 2 pm
A deeply restful meditation to help you surrender into and connect with the source of your own inner stillness and wisdom. Find somewhere cosy and comfortable to rest, have a glass of water and a journal and pen to hand. We will rest for around 25 minutes. This will be followed by some (non recorded) time for 20 minutes or so for some optional sharing thoughts and experiences using the chat function or simply continuing to rest in the stillness.
