He has over 20 years’ experience of developing performance metrics and building performance improvement and quality management programs. He created the Distance Learning IT Help Desk after identifying the need for technical support for students, when his daughter began remote learning as a result of the pandemic. Dr. Joan Neehall (Clinical Psychologist ) Joan Neehall is a clinical psychologist and author. With over 25 years of practice, her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. Her new book Happy is the New Healthy talks about all the different ways we can find happiness. It's particularly timely now considering we're in a global pandemic! David Zimbler & Eudes S. Budhai (Principal & Superintendent @Westbury High School) Dr. Eudes Budhai is the Superintendent of Schools for the Westbury Union Free School District. Mr. Eudes S. Budhai is a visionary and innovative leader with a keen sense of forward thinking to shape the lives of children, families and communities. With nearly 3 decades of experience, he is a leader and advocate for all students. David Zimbler is the Principal of Westbury High School and has been an educator for 28 years. He has served as a middle and high school Principal for 15 of them. Under his leadership, his schools have been recognized with the United States Department of Education School of Excellence Blue Ribbon School, a New York State Education Department High Performing/Gap Closing School, and by the New York State Education Department for its Graduation Rate for Young Men of Color. He has received the National Association of Secondary and Elementary School Principals Salute to Leadership.
