To cook along with the demonstration, at minimum you will need a Zoom-capable device, the items on the Ingredient List, one large pot, one stovetop burner, one measuring cup, and one serving spoon. You will also want a grater and items to prepare your chosen mix-in(s).

2 c milk
2 T unsalted butter
8 oz cheese (shredded), such as:
2 oz asiago cheese
2 oz Monterey jack cheese
4 oz sharp cheddar cheese
1 lb medium pasta shells (or other fun shape)
3 c broth, stock, or equivalent bouillon
Spices: (1-3 teaspoons of each)
