Creating a strong future in the CPA profession, requires that we understand what diversity, equity, and inclusion mean, in the context of our profession, looking back at its history, to appreciate our present and building strategies for that future. The solutions are likely as varied as the dimensions of diversity we each have, but we shall delve into a few of these during this conversation.
