Creating a Healthy Culture with Conduct, Communication, and Conflict Resolution
Many of us are coming back to our libraries after a year of altered work life. This creates an opportunity for thoughtfully examining our workplace culture and redefining the ways we work together. In this webinar, we will explore ways to collaboratively create safe spaces for transparent and open
communication, with a shared vocabulary for problem solving. We will talk about tools we have used for communication, onboarding, impactful meetings, and teambuilding to improve and enhance your culture.
