How can we build resilience and focus on the positives?
This is the second webinar in our wellbeing week and there will be a range of experts discussing their experiences and understanding of stress and resilience.

Working in healthcare is not easy. It has a physical and mental strain on our health that often we don’t recognise until we’re at breaking point. We want to appreciate ways that help us recognise the difficulties ourselves and others face so we can develop techniques to manage them and build resilience against burnout.

We will hear from a range of experts discuss some of their personal experiences as well as discussing key themes such as:
- Burnout, stress and their impact on performance
- Professional challenges and building resilience
- Introspection, mindfulness, self-awareness and reflection

Speakers:
- Miss Sesi Hotonu (Chair)
- Miss Poonam Bagga
- Dr Mark Stacey
- Mr Kevin Turner
- Dr Nathan Smith
