Michael Cisneros is the Licensing Manager at SEGA of America, he’s been at SEGA for over 5 years and is a part of the resurgence of Sonic the Hedgehog. He has been in the Licensing Industry since 2008, where he was representing the Speed Racer IP, Michael has extensive knowledge of being a Licensor for characters, video games, and Japanese brands in the West.
Carla Silva
VP and GM, Global Head of Licensing @King Features
Carla Silva joined King Features, a unit of Hearst, in 2016 as VP/GM, Global Head of Licensing. Based in NYC, she oversees global consumer products for the company’s portfolio of classic and new properties including Popeye, Olive Oyl, Cuphead, Flash Gordon, Moomin, Pucca and others, in addition to new business development. Carla also serves as a Scout for HearstLab, where she identifies and mentors early-stage, women-led startups to help founders build sustainable businesses. Carla’s motivational leadership was recognized by the industry in 2020 when she was named a finalist for the Women in Toys 16th Annual Wonder Women Awards.   With more than 20 years of licensing industry experience, Carla previously served in key roles at Iconix Brand Group, American Greetings, and United Media leading the strategic growth for iconic properties such as Care Bears, Strawberry Shortcake and PEANUTS. Carla graduated with a B.S. in Management, International Business from Kean University.
Jill Wiederholt Shuler
Global Brand Licensing Director @Hallmark
Jill Shuler has worked in Hallmark Licensing since 2008 and has spent the last 12 years in roles related to developing Hallmark’s outbound licensing portfolio.  Jill is currently responsible for leading brand licensing strategic initiatives and business development, in addition to managing licensing key business partner relationships. Prior to her experience in Hallmark Licensing, Jill worked in Hallmark’s core business. Prior to joining Hallmark, she worked as a Senior Cash Management Consultant for Ernst & Young. Jill holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas.
