Bill de la Cruz will present a 45-minute training for business owners and employees. Customers are welcome to view this presentation as well to hear about how remarks, questions or actions can impact customer service and how these remarks, questions or actions might be considered stereotypes, disorienting or sometimes inadvertently harmful. Items will include "mansplaining", talking over, older employee merit, sexism, color blindness and more.
