She is a partner with RoofersCoffeeShop® and owner of HJE Consulting. She focuses on supporting overall marketing strategies, sales success and content development for companies and associations within the roofing industry. With a passion for networking and win-win scenarios, she continues to provide consulting and progressive digital advertising opportunities for companies and associations, building strong collaborations for business profitability and success. Nick Sabino (Founder @Deer Park Roofing, Inc.) Nick Sabino is the founder of Deer Park Roofing, Inc. which provides residential and commercial roofing services. Deer Park Roofing has offices in Cincinnati, OH; Florence, KY; and Louisville, KY. Nick served as NRCA’s Chairman of the Board in 2019 and 2020. Nick has also been the chairman of several NRCA committees, including NRCA University Operations, Young Contractors, Industry Executives, and Career and Technical Education Outreach. Nick is also a member of ROOFPAC, NRCA’s political action committee; and testified on NRCA’s behalf to the House Small Business Committee in May 2019. Nick has previously been elected to serve as NRCA’s Vice chairman and Director. Nick is a member of the International Roofing Expo (IRE) Advisory Board and has lead several educational programs at the IRE. Nick was the 2011 recipient of the Owens Corning Industry Innovation Award, as well as the 2012 through 2018 recipient of the Owens Corning Industry Stewardship Award. Josey Parks (Entrepreneur ) Josey Parks has spent the past decade building innovative sales & marketing technology solutions for the contractor industry. He built his career in the contractor industry, starting his first roofing company when he was 22. After achieving unprecedented nationwide sales for the #1 metal roofing manufacturer in North America, he became one of the youngest recipients of the Inc. 5000 award and was featured across national media, including CNBC’s “Blue Collar Millionaires.” He then expanded his portfolio to other specialty areas, including residential roofing, windows, and siding, commercial roofing, commercial construction, and designer glass. This wealth of knowledge and experience enables him to understand the unique problems that contractors face and how best to overcome them. Through his technology companies, Cognitive Contractor and Think Unlimited, Josey delivers innovative, data-driven solutions using AI and predictive analytics tools. Haley Iselin (Vice President @Metal Roof Specialties, Inc.) Haley Iselin joined the company in 2004 after graduating from the University of Washington. She has a genuine enthusiasm for metal roofing and all metal products and is continually looking for new ways to use them and inspire others to do the same. You shouldn’t be surprised to hear her say, “Why wouldn’t you use metal?” to anyone looking for a building material product. After several years of volunteering with the organization, in 2007 Haley joined the Rebuilding Together South Sound board of directors, served as President in 2012-2013 and currently chairs the RTSS Advisory Council. In 2008 she became part of the National Roofing Contractors Association Future Executive Institute and graduated from the 3 year program in 2011. She was recognized by the Business Examiner in 2011 as one of their 40 under Forty, and in 2012 by the Girl Scouts of Western Washington as a Women of Distinction. Recently Haley was selected as a recipient of the Metal Construction Association Triumph Awards. Jerry Iselin (CEO @Metal Roof Specialties) Jerry began his career in the metal roofing industry in 1976 initially working for a leading West Coast manufacturer of metal roofing products. In the mid 80’s he became the regional General Manager and Vice-President for this international firm managing the facilities and operations in the Pacific Northwest and was a member of the corporate Executive Committee directing the company’s activities in North America. Jerry is a regular sponsored speaker, trainer and moderator at the annual Metalcon International convention and has also conducted training programs for the International Roofing Exposition. He has reviewed the Standing Seam training program for the Roofing Industry Educational Institute (RIEI) and participates with the Metal Roofing Alliance (MRA) as a resource for training and promotional direction. In 2016 Jerry was inducted into the Metal Construction Hall of Fame.
