2020 Hancock County ADAMHS Ethics Training: Navigating the Legal Challenges Between Clients, Clinicians, and the Courts - Supervisory Ethics
This session will be provided for counselors, social workers, and therapists who hold a supervisory certification. This session will provide guidance on how to appropriate coach clinicians in understanding the objectives listed in the General
Ethics session, and include the additional objectives:
1. Compare and contrast the responsibilities of supervisors and supervisees
2. Supervision and documentation in high risk areas of practice (e.g., duty to protect, mandated reporting)
This session will provide three (3) CEUs which will meet the ethics requirement of the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. CEUs are provided through Family Resource Center.
