Not all of the water generated when it rains or snows is able to be absorbed into the ground. What is left is called stormwater. Left unmitigated, stormwater can pose significant impairments to the quality of our natural waterways and create problems with flooding.
Solving our stormwater issues is a complex task that requires creative, multidisciplinary thinking. This month’s discussion will feature experts who are working on stormwater from many different angles—from research to design to implementation to education.
