In this webinar I will discuss and show various (proven) techniques to ferment mushrooms safely as well as the tips and tricks behind the method. You don’t need special equipment to do it; just jars, salt, water, a source of sugar and lacto bacteria. It’s super easy and anyone can do it.

Fermentation is now my preferred way to preserve my “wild” mushrooms and elevate their flavors but you can do it with mushrooms purchased at the store. We’ll also discuss the numerous creative culinary possibilities with fermented mushrooms.
