Dr. Kubicka will discuss her study evaluating the association between AngelEye camera use and parental stress as well as nursing work-related stress and burnout. The study assessed NICU parents and nurses during two 6-month observation periods:
1.No webcam access for parents (standard NICU care, “cameras off period”)
2. Webcam access for parents (“cameras on period”)
