Municipalities of all sizes work to clean-up derelict properties, removing blighted structures, illegally dumped wastes, and overgrown vegetation. MDEQ staff will discuss the environmental regulations and requirements that govern the demolition and clean up activities and the disposal of the resulting wastes. This session will also cover a recent change in the state law pertaining to clean up of private property.
Cost to attend is $25.
