The Bionutrient Food Association has been leading the conversation on nutrient density and its correlation with soil health for over a decade. After demonstrating the broad variation that exists in food during a 5-year research project, we now bring that conversation to human health. Our studies have advanced to include metabolomics, to study a broader range of what’s in our food, and how it affects our health.

We’re so excited to be hosting this event with the Coalition of Health Professionals for Regenerative Agriculture to bring these topics to light for the broader community.
