Tax Tips for Authors

Have questions about managing your taxes for your writing business?  Robert Pesce, a partner at Marcum Group LLP, will conduct a webinar on tax tips for authors on Wednesday, February 24 at 2pm ET.  Pesce is head of Marcum’s New York City Accounting Services department, and a founder of the firm’s Agency Services group, the Technology, Internet, Media, and Entertainment group. In the seminar, he will cover topics including:

Federal tax updates
Record keeping to maximize your business deductions
Income reporting and understanding your 1099
Pension plans
Foreign taxes
Types of entities
