Stability & Balance Class with Molly
Our class focus will be all about strengthening the pelvic floor! Strengthening these critical muscles in the base of the pelvis is central to improving stability, posture, balance, and walking. We will be working on a floor mat and chair using exercises and the breath to recruit the pelvic floor - appropriate for all skill and disability levels.
