ED Talks 2021 Presented by EatDenver
We’re thrilled to announce our 6th Annual ED Talks on 3/24, and we don’t use that word lightly, especially when it comes to webinars.

For starters, we've got 6 absolute rockstar speakers. But further, we’re thrilled about the opportunity to gather together (yes, virtually) to learn from each other and look into the much brighter future.

2021 Speakers:

Eve Turow-Paul: Thought leader on food culture, well-being & the Digital Age; author of Hungry; based in Chicago

Senator John Hickenlooper: Newly-elected Senator; former Governor; former Mayor of Denver; founder of Wynkoop Brewing

Marcus Samuelsson: James Beard Award-winning chef; restaurateur; NYT Best-Selling Author based in Harlem

Mariah Kunkel: Co-founder of Pasifika Project; 10 years as brand and marketing professional in the craft beverage industry; based in LA

Niki Russ Federman: Fourth-generation owner of the iconic Russ & Daughters Cafe in NYC (over 100 years old!)

What is ED Talks?

One morning, six 10-minute talks, and over 300 Denver-area restaurant operators, chefs, managers, and media members in attendance.

The talks are built for an audience of independent restaurant operators, chefs, and managers, with the goal of attendees walking away feeling empowered about their role in this work and with three takeaways to explore, discuss, or implement in their own business.
