Adapting IET for English language learners to virtual instruction

The purpose of this presentation is to share how we adapted IET for virtual instruction. We will describe the original intent and design of our hospitality customer service IET program and how it was scaffolded for English language learners. We will then share the adaptations we made to deliver it virtually and discuss lessons learned during the process.
