May 20: "Engaging Authentically and Skillfully in Courageous Conversations" with Laura Halpin and Nicole Lee.

Roughly ten weeks ago we knew were living in polarizing times. Just when we thought it couldn’t get any worse, a global pandemic arrived and turned our lives inside out and drastically changed how we live in countless ways. Some believed this scenario would bring us closer together yet still many of us find ourselves drifting further apart, especially in our tolerance for opposing views.

How can we initiate critical conversations? How do we develop conversational stamina to remain in conversation when it becomes difficult? How do we discern whether a conversation is worth continuing? How do we confront patterns of thinking and heal relationships that have been severed or broken? How can we disagree and remain in a relationship with loved ones who don’t have the same beliefs? How can we change the narrative on heated topics of gender equality, discrimination, racism, religion, and politics?

It’s time for us to learn how to speak our truth and tackle difficult conversations. But before this can happen we need to learn how to truly listen. Join us for our fourth and final Bad Ass Women webinar series – where we can meet virtually to discuss current events and build community.
