Alan is a mobile industry veteran having worked in the sector for 30 years. As Fónua’s Sales & Marketing Director, Alan has playing a leading role in developing Fónua’s circular economy business services. These services include product repair, trade-in, recycling and refurbished handset sales. Fónua sells refurbished mobile product through its subsidiary business, Mintplus.ie, meeting an increasing demand from consumers who are focused on value and sustainability. Alan has also driven the development of Fónua’s enterprise business services team who work with many leading Irish and multi-national companies Dr Declan Bogan (sustHub co-founder and Learning Director @SustHUB) Dr Declan Bogan is CEO of innovate2zero a strategy, innovation and sustainability consultancy business. He is co-founder of SUSTHUB. Working with over 160+ organisations, on multiple engagements, Dr Declan Bogan has been immersed in the world of innovation across all areas of business at strategic, product portfolio, human, service, process, customer experience and total proposition levels from the bench to the boardroom, with micro to multinational organisations, Declan has worked internationally and locally with senior leaders and executives in Fortune 500 global household brand names across the total value ecosystem. He has mentored and coached many start-ups on their business proposition evolution, all with a sustainability/climate focus. Declan is a qualified Train the Trainer. He has a qualification in the circular economy from TU Delft. Brian O'Kennedy (Managing Director @Clearstream Solutions) Brian O’Kennedy is CEO of Clearstream Solutions, a leading independent carbon management and corporate sustainability consultancy which he founded in 2009. Brian has over 20 years’ leadership experience in global supply chain management and procurement, particularly in the areas of IT, Media, Print and Packaging. Brian has served as Chair of the CDP Ireland Network, the global carbon reporting program, and is also a member of Steering Committee of the global Responsible Sourcing standard, Verego SRS. He has a degree in Economics from Trinity College, a Certificate in Sustainable Management from BSI Group and is currently studying the Circular Economy at TU Delft. Eoghan Dillon (Senior Director, Strategy and Solution Design @Flex) Eoghan Dillon is the senior director for strategy and solution design at Flex, the design led product manufacturing and services company. As a supply chain and circular economy advocate Eoghan has been responsible for developing sustainable supply chain solutions for fortune 500 companies across multiple global industries including medical, computing and consumer products. Eoghan has a particular interest in closed loop systems, recycling of materials and carbon footprints through packaging design. Prior to joining Flex, Eoghan worked with supply chain provider ModusLink where he led solution and packaging design globally. Eoghan holds a master’s degree in Supply Chain Management from the Michael Smurfit Business School at University College Dublin. Les O'Reilly (Managed Services Country Lead, HP Ireland @HP Ireland) Les O’Reilly Managed Services Country Lead, HP Ireland. Les is a HP veteran with over 20 years’ experience in solution selling, he currently leads the Managed Print Services function in Ireland.
