After an intense training in renowned restaurants between Italy and abroad, he completed his most important project. L’Erba del Re was inaugurated in 2003. It’s not just a restaurant, but rather a laboratory where the chef can experiment with the “food concepts and stories” and express the essence of his culinary art: balance, respect and enhancement of raw materials. Many are the awards received from La Guida dell’Espresso and Gambero Rosso. In 2008 he got the Michelin star.
