FEBRUARY 2016-PRESENT CLINICAL COORDINATOR, Embrace Families Coordinate and assist with clinical aspects of behavioral healthcare for children in the dependency system. Complete the Human Trafficking Tool for children identified as being at risk for Human Trafficking. Process Comprehensive Behavioral Healthcare Assessments for case management and the dependency court system. Complete documentation for Integrated Health. Ensure compliance with DCF medication standards and processes. Ensure least restrictive and appropriate services are being provided for children involved in the dependency system. DECEMBER 2014-February 2016 CLINICAL COORDINATOR, ONE HOPE UNITED Monitor compliance with psychotropic medication standards and complete Child Placement Agreements. Monitor use of Children’s Mental Health Funding and ensure all necessary documentation requirements are secured.
