Digital Wellness Coach and Founder of TTYL @TTYL - A Tech-Free Community dedicated to human connection
Liana founded TTYL in 2018 to help people have a healthier relationship with technology and social media. Since launching, she has been featured on Thrillist, TimeOut, Thrive Global, NY1, The Mind’s Journal, Darling Magazine, and more for her work in digital wellness. As a professional community builder, Liana believes in the power of unplugging and living in the present moment. Her tech-free events have been hosted at prominent spaces such as Athleta, Showfields, The Assemblage, Freehold, The Flower Shop, and Tijuana Picnic. When she’s not hosting TTYL events, Liana is coaching clients on how to put down their phones and pick up their lives. As a born and raised New Yorker, Liana grew up in the city and studied theatre at Ithaca College. In her free time, you can find Liana networking with like-minded people or finding joy away from her phone.
Bethany Baker
Executive Director of A-GAP @A-GAP, Experiences with Tech-Free Freedom
Bethany Baker is a digital wellness coach and the Executive Director of A-GAP, a non-profit foundation that encourages people to implement healthy technology habits to thrive both professionally and personally. Since launching A-GAP, Bethany has led tech-free reprieves that have helped hundreds of participants implement healthy tech habits to thrive. She is passionate about connecting people and creating space for what matters. As part of the Digital Wellness Collective, Bethany has been working to share A-GAP's vision and mission on digital wellbeing and as such has her own columns in Thrive Global and Medium, and has been called upon by Well+Good, Greatist, Forbes, NBC News, and others, for her insight. In addition, Bethany works with colleges and universities across the US to lead seminars on digital wellness. When she’s not hosting A-GAP reprieves, she is either spending time with family and friends, lost in a book, or walking the beach.
