Chef Josh Quinn (Culinary Specialist @Sysco Baraboo)
With over 18 years of culinary experience, Chef Josh has worked throughout the US, and primarily in the Midwest taking on all roles in various types of kitchen operations including Executive Chef. His passion about culinary arts is evident in his daily interactions with various restaurant owners, managers and Chefs throughout the Western side of the state.

Chef Ryan Nolan (Culinary Specialist @Sysco Eastern Wisconsin)
Over 25 years of restaurant experience, Chef Ryan has assumed various roles in the industry including owner/operator and Executive Chef. His career has encompassed the hotel, fine dining, bar and grill, farm to table and catering operation in the industry. As a Culinary Institute of America Alumni, he enjoys taking the knowledge he’s learned over the span of his career and using it to help others in the industry on everything from operations, financials to recipe development. Over the last two years he has worked directly with various restaurants on the Eastern side of Wisconsin.
