Dr. Rae St. Arnault is a Naturopathic Physician practicing in Vancouver, BC, and is the co-founder of Empower Health Clinic, a multidisciplinary health clinic that started the first legal, interdisciplinary ketamine assisted therapy programs in Canada. Dr. Rae is a co-founder and executive director of the Ketamine Assisted Therapy Association of BC, a former founding board member of the Canadian Psychedelic Association, a former program and clinic manager at Numinus Wellness, and a founder of a community-based psychedelic integration network called the Jubilant People. A recognised psychedelic industry expert, Dr. St. Arnault has consulted both clinics and professionals on psychedelic protocols, governance and regulations, and has worked with teams and professionals in the design and implementation of research and clinical protocols with the intention of bringing psychedelic medicine into the mainstream.
Colleen Fish

Colleen Fish recently completed a Master of Public Policy and Administration: Social Change Leadership through Adler University in Vancouver, BC. The MPPA further built on the education she acquired as a Bachelor of Science with Specialization in Psychology (2002) and a Bachelor of Arts (Anthropology)(2017) graduate. Colleen has worked in harm reduction, human rights, mental health, and drug policy reform for over 20 years. During this time, Colleen worked as a consultant for lawyers regarding their clients' mental health and substance use. Colleen has worked for Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) as a Psychiatric Worker, Detox Worker, Access Referral Worker and Research Assistant over the past eight years. Colleen first began volunteering with the Multidisciplinary Association of Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) in 2011 and did a five-month Internship at the head office in Santa Cruz in 2012. In 2015, she was elected to the MAPS Canada Board of Directors, where she remains.
