Shifting Gears: How Bay Area Public Transit is Adapting to COVID-19 with Accessibility in Mind
This panel’s goal is for transit agencies to share their efforts in making public transit safe from COVID-19 with accessibility in mind. Each panelist will answering the following questions:

- What steps are your transit agency taking to reduce the spread of COVID-19?
- How do these steps keep accessibility in mind?
- What are important ADA / accessibility-related regulations that have been implemented?
- What is the best way for customers to contact your agency for concerns or complaints?

We will also answer public concerns and inquiries relating to public transportation in the Bay Area, as well as invite Seamless Bay Area, a nonprofit whose mission is to promote a more seamless Bay Area transit system, to speak about their vision for a more equitable, accessible and seamless transit system.
