This webinar will be a panel discussion involving Dr. Simone Dorsch, Dr. Kate Scrivener, Emma Schneider, and Caitlin Reid. Dr. Simone Dorsch is a Senior Lecturer at the Australian Catholic University and a member of the StrokeEd collaboration. Her research interests focus on strategies to increase practice intensity including the delivery of semi-supervised practice and the use of goal orientated instructions.
Dr. Kate Scrivener is the lead of Neurological Services at Concentric Rehabilitation, a Senior Lecturer at Macquarie University, and a member of the StrokeEd collaboration. Her research interests include measuring the amount of practice in rehabilitation and the relationship with outcomes.
Emma Schneider is a senior Occupational Therapist at Alfred Health, she is about to complete her PhD at La Trobe which includes the most recent systematic review of the intensity of practice.
Caitlin Reid is a Physiotherapist who has personal experience of rehabilitation after brain injury.
