Derek McNab CEnv (Managing Director @Mabbett)
Derek is a Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers, a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Environmentalist.  As Managing Director of Mabbett, he leads over 100 staff delivering a wide range of planning, design, environment, engineering and safety services to protect people and the planet.  Derek is also a Visiting Professor at the University of Strathclyde where he has developed a range of environmental related courses for both undergraduate and postgraduate chemical engineering degrees.  As a Volunteer, Derek is a Board Director and Vice-President of Renfrewshire Chamber of Commerce where he encourages member businesses to embrace environmentally responsible practices and to set their net zero goals.

Sejal Dixon CEnv (Director of the Sustainbility and Climate Change Service Line @WSP)
Sejal manages a national team of over 120 consultants supporting clients with sustainable finance; energy and carbon strategy and reporting; climate resiliance; and compliance. As well as providing overall leadership, Sejal remains heavily involved in projects and key client management and lead the growth and development of their work in the industrial sector. Mainly working on decarbonisation and ESG strategies and International ESG assessments against standards such as the IFC or the &#39;Equator Principles&#39; as well as the more established EPR and consenting strategies for nationally significant projects in Hydrogen, CCS, energy and wider.
