Arizona Proposition 308: Equal Access & Fairness in Higher Education for All Students
Arizona Proposition 308 would provide equal access to in-state tuition and state financial aid to the state’s undocumented students, as long as they meet certain requirements. This virtual briefing will bring together higher education leaders, state policymakers, and immigration experts to discuss how Prop. 308 would create equal and fair access to college in Arizona and help bolster the state’s economy. Arizona is home to 9,500 undocumented students enrolled in higher education. Prop. 308 provides an opportunity to ensure all Arizona students can more readily access and complete a higher education and contribute fully to their communities. Prop. 308 is on the ballot for the November 8, 2022 election. The briefing is co-sponsored by the Presidents' Alliance, American Business Immigration Coalition (ABIC), Aliento, American Immigration Council, and TheDream.US.
