Hi role has included producing construction drawings and calculations for new structures and historic projects, as well as oversight for projects within the San Francisco bay area. Tommy holds a Bachelor's in Architectural Engineering with Honors from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Steve Marusich, SE (Director of Technical Excellence / Principal @Forell | Elsesser Structural Engineers) Over the past 20 years, Steve has developed a systematic approach to evaluating potential design options while balancing performance, cost, schedule, and constructability to develop high-value solutions for his clients. Due to his extensive knowledge and experience in new, existing, and historic construction, Steve is also sought after to consult on structural engineering plan check and peer reviews. Steve received a Bachelor’s degree from Columbia University and a Master’s degree from UC Berkeley. Jessica Westermeyer, PE, SE (Associate @KPFF Consulting Engineers) Jessica is a Structural Engineer with experience in renovations and new construction. Her design experience encompasses work with steel, mass timber, and concrete. Notable projects include the Hans Rosling Center for Population Health at the University of Washington and the Clifford B Allenby Building on the State of California Campus. The Allenby Building was the first State of California building to receive a Platinum rating from the US Resiliency Council. Jessica received a Bachelor’s degree from Gonzaga University and a Master’s degree from Stanford.
