Join us on September 28th at 10:00am Pacific Time as we address the behaviors of well-being in the workplace that will help all Educational Institutions strengthen employees, build culture and increase overall well-being for both faculty and students.
The last few years have created unprecedented challenges across all industries. The workforce is under constant pressure from demanding citizens as well as administrative workload and these factors are linked to high rates of burnout and mental health problems.
In conversation with clients in educational institutions, we've found:
• Complexity due to shifts from in-office to at-home work for institutional employees as well as students
• Struggles retaining and hiring new workers, especially relative to the private sector
• Higher levels of anxiety and stress across the board.
In this webinar, we will share research that identifies the common behaviors that diminish well-being in the workplace; often resulting in lack of engagement, compassion fatigue and turnover. In addition, we will discuss programs that will establish a strong base of Emotional Intelligence for educational workers as well as students who will be entering the workforce.
Be sure to register even if you can't make the date as a recording will be sent to all registrants.
