The FMS Forum invites you to a panel discussion on corporate board effectiveness with Faculty of Management Studies - University of Delhi alumni Neelam Dhawan (Class of ’82), Vibha Paul Rishi (Class of ’82), Hiroo Mirchandani (Class of ’84) and Harit Nagpal (Class of ’85).
Neelam is on the board of ICICI Bank Limited, Skylo Technologies Inc., Capita PLC Fractal Analytics Pvt Ltd and Yatra Online Inc. Her batchmate Vibha Paul Rishi serves on the board of Tata Chemicals Limited, ICICI Bank Limited, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, Piramal Pharma Limited, Asian Paints Limited amongst others.
Hiroo Mirchandani is currently on the boards of Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd., MedPlus Health Services Ltd., Nilkamal Ltd. and Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd. Harit Nagpal is MD & CEO of Tata Play and on its board.

Neelam is currently a Non-Executive Director at ICICI Bank Limited, Skylo Technologies Inc., Capita PLC Fractal Analytics Pvt Ltd and Yatra Online Inc. She is also the Chairperson of Capillary Technologies, a young startup. She is on the Governing Board of IIIT Delhi. She also advises and mentors various organizations on business transformation. Neelam is an Economics Graduate from St Stephen’s College, Delhi University. She also has a MBA degree from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, India.

Vibha currently serves on the board of several reputed companies including Tata Chemicals Limited, ICICI Bank Limited, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, Piramal Pharma Limited, Asian Paints Limited and others. She is also on the Board of Pratham, an NGO that works to provide education to underprivileged children in India.

Hiroo Mirchandani is a Non-Executive Independent Director on the boards of publicly listed Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited, MedPlus Health Services Limited, Nilkamal Limited and Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd. Hiroo has served as a board director in over ten companies in diverse sectors like consumer goods, healthcare, telecom, hospitality and financial services. She currently chairs the Audit Committee of Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd. and the Nomination & Remuneration committee of the omni-channel health pharmacy chain - MedPlus Health Services Ltd.

Raghav Bahl is a veteran first-generation media entrepreneur, broadcast/digital journalist, and author of the best-selling “Super Trilogy” published by Penguin Allen Lane. In his second innings, which began after his successful exit from Network18 in 2014, Raghav has co-founded Quint Digital Media Limited (QDML, a listed entity with a current market cap close to $ 100 mn), which is a future-ready, digital-first news/information pioneer, including such new-age brands as The Quint and BQ Prime (earlier known as BloombergQuint). QDML is also an investor in other fast-growing digital media operations, including The News Minute, Quintype Technologies, and Youth Ki Awaaz.

Prior to Tata Play, Nagpal worked with Hutch/Orange/Vodafone in various capacities for 9 years. He has also worked with other brands such as Shoppers Stop, Pepsi, Marico and Lakme.
