WHAT TO EXPECT
This class will include:
- Warm up
- The fun & workout that is Samba rhythm.
- The mobility, exercise & stretching that is Charleston
- Dance movements & rhythms that make this movement great exercise, as well stretching, balance exercises and all really fun at the same time.
ROUTINES WILL VARY FROM TIME TO TIME TO KEEP IT INTERESTING
WHAT TO WEAR
Exercise clothes, socks, (and have a chair or bench to hold onto for balance)
