During the shelter-in-place orders, many legislatures worked to end sessions or went on recess. David Loveday, WQA Global Government Affairs Director and Kathleen Burbidge, WQA Global Regulatory and Government Affairs Manager will lead a discussion forecasting state and federal government priorities and initiatives following reopening, as well as, look at what government agencies, like the Federal EPA, have been doing while they remained open.

Join us, as we examine pending legislation, EPA’s work on regulating PFAS and updating the Lead and Copper Rule, other opportunities through state and federal programs, and the US/China Tariffs.
