As a city dweller, what can you do when you see a tree in distress?
Much of California is now under a drought state of emergency to protect communities and the environment. Conditions caused by drought create stress on urban trees that are working hard to provide us many benefits, such as shade, reduced utility bills, clean(er) air and water, improved health outcomes, and beautification of neighborhoods.
Tree Fresno’s California Climate Action Corps Fellows asked several tree professionals about their recommendations regarding watering and care for neighborhood trees. Please join Tree Fresno for a webinar about Community Stewardship of Trees on June 22nd from 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
