Hugo has a vast range of media and policy experience in his career having worked at other industry associations before joining R&CA. Hugo has also worked as a staffer for federal politicians. He was recently sworn in as a councillor for Burwood Council.
Adrian Gerber

Adrian is a shareholder and Director of LPC, a leading advisor to commercial tenants across Australia and New Zealand. He is a trusted advocate for retailers with a national network and retailers with a single outlet, who rely on Adrian’s advice and ability to negotiate lease arrangements that support their business. Adrian specialises in lease transactions, portfolio and lease management, and workplace strategies. He is a key part of the LPC team that provides advice to the Restaurant and Catering Association and their members.
John Reed
Director @LPC
John is the chair of LPC, a leading advisor to commercial tenants across Australia and New Zealand. His remit is to maximise LPC’s impact on commercial leasing norms to better support retail, office, and industrial tenants. To make leasing expertise more accessible and affordable to SME tenants, he initiated the development of the LPC online platform and facilitated connection with tenants via arrangements with key associations and franchisors. John directs the evolving relationships with associations such as the Restaurant & Catering Association and the National Retail Association, and advocates for a strong tenant voice in an industry where landlords and leasing agents determine leasing norms.
