If you haven't yet discovered the cake of all cakes - THE CHIFFON - then perhaps now is the time.

In this 90 minute interactive class, cook along with Lisa in real time to make one of our favourite cakes of all time, the chocolate chiffon. While the cake is in the oven, we will make a batch of irresistible Dutch Spiced Biscuits.

You will receive your list of ingredients AND ZOOM LINK when you register. You will get the recipes the day before the session and and a link to the recording of the session the next day.

You will need a special tin known as an Angel Cake Pan (or Chiffon Tin).
It is an aluminium tin, it is NOT non-stick and must have a removable base and funnel.
