Shelly is a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) instructor and an in-process Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI) certified teacher, delivering the mindfulness course founded and developed at Google. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and a master’s degree from Columbia University.

Jim Conley is an investment banker, meditation teacher, co-founder of #OccupyThePresent, and managing director of Yellion Partners, a boutique specializing in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, turnaround counsel, and operational & strategic advisory to private and public companies. His professional experience includes long-term assignments – 16+ years – living in Brussels, London, and Amsterdam, working for Prudential Securities, JP Morgan Chase and Deutsche Bank. A life-long meditator, Jim completed the Nalanda Institute’s two-year Certificate Program in Contemplative Psychotherapy in 2017, and also earned the teacher training certificate in Compassion-Based Resilience Training, an evidence-based course for building resilience and well-being using mindfulness and compassion practices, visualization techniques, somatic awareness training, and breathwork.
