The ISfTeH Working Group on Standards and Accreditation for Telehealth Services (SATS) presents a webinar series in which various ISfTeH members who are providing telehealth accreditation and certification, present their programs, combined with experiences from telehealth service providers who have gone through an accreditation process.

In the first edition of this series, Dr. Bhupendra Kumar Rana, Chief Executive Officer of the Quality & Accreditation Institute (QAI) presents the QAI Framework of Telehealth Accreditation Standards and the process of accreditation.

Ali Naffaa, Quality Manager at Al Zahra Hospital Dubai (UAE) and Dr. Sudip Roy, Senior Director Online Medical Services at Practo Technologies (India) will present their experience with the QAI accreditation.

The webinar will be introduced and moderated by Neja Samar Brenčič, Chair of the ISfTeH Working Group on Standards and Accreditation for Telehealth Services (SATS).
