In Conversation with Olivia Cooper

Olivia is the Managing Director of Finex GB, a $100M Specialist Insurance Broking & Consulting business at Willis Towers Watson. She is a professional leader known for resolving complex, strategic challenges in ways that are authentic and inclusive. She was named in the 2019 Business Insurance Women to Watch Awards. She is a key member of both the Global FINEX leadership team, and the GB Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) leadership team. Olivia is Chair of the WTW UK I&D Council and sits on the WTW Global I&D Council. Prior to taking on her current role in 2017 she spent 7 months in Singapore running Financial Lines Asia.

Olivia has worked within FINEX since 2013, previous to this Olivia was the CEO of Willis Processing Services India Ltd (TPSL), based in Mumbai. Olivia spent 4 years within the HR function of Wiliis Towers Watson and has an extensive background in this area. Olivia is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institue of Personnel & Development.
