Sabrina Villanueva

Seattle resident Sabrina Villanueva has worked in the real estate and telecommunications industry for the last 14 years, developing her skills in leasing and managing commercial property, including data center, colocation, and office space. In her current role, Villanueva manages several commercial properties in downtown Seattle and the Denny Regrade area. She also serves as a community relations representative through active participation in Imagine Greater Downtown (previously One Center City Advisory Council), Downtown Seattle Association (DSA), Seattle 2030 District, Market to MOHAI Steering Committee, Friends of Denny Park, and Denny Triangle Neighborhood Association (DTNA).
Jim Long
Senior General Manager, Seattle Central Business District @Urban Renaissance Group
Bringing more than 27 years of experience in commercial property management, project management and management team leadership to his role as Senior General Manager at URG, Jim Long’s primary role is to lead the property management teams for the largest asset in the northwest – Columbia Center. Jim also provides critical guidance to the operations team throughout the Seattle portfolio. Jim works diligently in developing honest and effective partnerships with his partners, customers, employees and vendors. Prior to joining URG, Jim honed his management skills with several regional commercial real estate companies. At Equity Office Properties Trust (EOP), Jim was responsible for the 1.5 million square foot Class A suburban office portfolio located along the I-90 Corridor, and later, oversaw EOP’s entire Eastside portfolio. His management teams consistently received regional recognition for delivering high levels of customer service.
